DeepRoots Athletics believes in principles not methods, both in life and training.

The main aim of our training principles is to enhance you, the client, the individual. We do not tell you how to move; we give you the tools and show you what to feel. We enhance you by coaching you through human movement, understanding how movement affects your behaviour, and most importantly, connecting you back with your body.

We believe there is something fundamentally wrong with being in chronic pain, whether that be in high-level sports or just everyday life. We do not think it is normal to feel 90 when you’re only 40. The body needs help from time to time; however, constant reliance on RMTs, physiotherapists, and chiropractors, in our opinion, is not the answer. You’re either fitting the problem or fixing it.

Our greater vision is to help clients understand how the mind and body come together as one — and then take action. We believe the true path to a joyful, healthy, pain-free life is built through hardship, intention, and authenticity. We coach you not just how to train through human movement and exercise, but we teach you how to face hardship with intention, while finding your way to the most authentic version of yourself.
