    We believe that autism is a function of the system, rather than a disease. This program was developed after recognizing the lack of resources there were for people with autism in the community. Functional autism training is based on nuanced ideas around how the neurodivergent community is impacted through fitness. Our needs don’t vary by kind, but by degree.

  • 1:1 Strength & Conditioning.

    This service is for the everyday individual who is looking to enhance their performance and skill. Once the structure is built properly, this is the easy part. It’s strongman meets Crossfit, meets bodybuilding, meets weight lifting, meets powerlifting, and where psychology literally changes your physiology.

  • 1:1 Movement Correction.

    Are you sick of perpetually having to go see a Physio/Chiro/or RMT without long-lasting results?

    You can’t fix an active program with a passive solution. Most chronic pain has been accumulated actively over the years. However, most solutions that are offered are passive. This form of coaching starts with finding out where things are going wrong and then taking an active approach to finding long-term solutions.

  • 1:1 Behavioural Management.

    Everyone says training helps with her mental health, however most can’t explain why. At DeepRoots Athletics we view anxiety and depression as states of the human condition and not mental illnesses. It’s important to know that these states are trying to tell you something and can be altered if approached correctly. When the body and mind don’t talk to each other, this is where issues arise.

    This is an 8-week program offered virtually or in-person.
